ADOPTION FEE: $75
Sam is a hero, though he probably doesn't know it. When an orange kitten started hanging out at Bay City in Hanover, GOT set out to trap him. Crush was a friendly boy who trapped easily on the first night. We thought we were done, but another orange kitten made an appearance a few days later. We saw little Sam several times, but he was not as easily tricked as his brother and we didn't have any luck catching him. However, his wary demeanor allowed us to trap his brother and sister, who we didn't even know were there! Henny and Lisa are safe and vetted because Sam was being stingy. So, we label him a hero!
If Sam looks nervous in some of his pictures, it's because he is. He's still a shy fellow although he's come a long way since being trapped under the deck at the restaurant. The nice thing about Sam is that h's not much of a runner, and is absolutely not interested in biting or scratching. He just needs a little time and a quiet household in order to feel comfortable and come out of his shell. He is soft and squishy and enjoys attention and playtime. Sam is fine with calm dogs, polite children, and all cats, especially his sister Lisa. They are being fostered together in York, PA and would love to be adopted together! Sam's orange brother Crush is an ENORMOUS half-grown kitten, Lisa and Henny are more petite, and Sam seems to be somewhere in the middle. We are excited to see this adorable boy grow into a handsome cat!
