Twinkle is as sweet as she is beautiful! This gorgeous girl had a rough start to life- she was taken to the shelter when she was just a baby. The other kittens in her litter were as sick as she was, but sadly they did not make it. Twinkle survived and spent the next few years in foster care. She was doing fine until she stopped eating and grooming herself. A trip to the vet determined that she had stomatitis, and needed to have all of her teeth removed! Despite this kind-of-a-big-deal procedure, Twinkle not only recovered but thrived and still eats dry food with ease. She gets along with other cats but mostly just wants to be loved by YOU! Please consider making her your newest family member.
Twinkle has chronic upper respiratory issues (nothing serious and nothing contagious), maybe a side effect of the stomatitis or maybe because she's been living in a small space for so long. She occasionally needs antibiotics and frequently snores. Her new family will just need to keep an eye on her and be prepared to hide medicine in some tunafish from time to time.
