NAME: Wesley

Wesley was in need of rescue after the trailer she was living in burnt down. She was one of half a dozen cats that were thrown out and left behind by an undeserving owner. She and the others begged the neighbors for food until someone finally decided to help. Wesley had a large wound on her neck when she was saved from life outdoors. Luckily, it just needed to be cleaned and cared for, and she’s back to being a happy healthy cat.
Wesley is a sassy but sweet old gal who is approaching the end of her life. She likes occasional head scratches but mostly keeps to herself and sleeps. Self-care is a thing of the past, and she's quite scroungy and gets her mats shaved off by her foster mom. Although we are not giving up on finding her a home, Wesley is happy in foster care and we are happy to keep her forever. If you're not in a position to adopt this old lady, please consider donating to her ongoing care!
